Since 2006, One Foot Abroad has created and sold walking holidays around. We have developed our flagship brand Follow the Camino™ and require a great individuals who can sell to develop our business further.
We are looking for 4 adventurous personable individuals with character, skills and stamina wanting to join an innovative Irish online Travel Agency and take part in it’s next growth cycle.

The Role:
Typically, our Sales Executive will qualify sales leads; touch base with customer to design a customised itinerary and pricing. The right candidate will be a great rapport builder with good product knowledge who can respond to incoming queries but also find new business opportunities in other markets. Delivering a premium personalised service, the Sales Executive with then liaise with the Holiday Success Team when necessary to fulfil the sales and operations process as necessary.

Typical responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries by email and by phone
• Create customised itineraries that respond to customers’ needs
• Send personalised quote to consumers
• Ensure timely follow ups
• Close the sales by taking passengers payments
• Update and maintain customer databases
• Handle customer payments
• Liaise with Holiday Success Team when necessary
• Give feedback to our product team
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Share acquired knowledge with the team
• Proof reading
• Helping other teams as required

Laurea minima: Licenciatura

• Native/Fluent in English
• Another language is an advantage (French/Spanish/German)
• Excellent sales skills
• Excellent attention to details
• Excellent telephone manner

• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good computer skills (CRM, Word, Excel, Emails)
• Business Degree, Masters or equivalent

The Person
• Knowledge and understanding of walking holidays and the Camino de Santiago, in particular, is a plus
• Knowledge of the Tour Operator and travel agency industry is an advantage
• Self-motivated driven to do a good job
• Personable
• High level of work ethic
• Hard-working
• Willing to go the extra mile
