What is your mission:
• Help to manage online reservations
• Help to manage payments & cashier
• Help to answer customer inquiries by email, messaging and/or telephone
• Engage with clients, creating long-term customer loyalty
• Report important data.

What do we need:
• Tourism/ Hotel Management academic background is a plus
• Written and spoken fluency both in Portuguese and English (is a plus)
• Other languages are a plus (French)
• Strong communication skills
• Autonomy and capability of acting quickly and solving challenges
• Schedule flexibility - availability to work on shifts
• Organization and stress management
