The advertisement is aimed at candidates of both sexes who have:
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role in resorts of the same level and size (4* and 600+ rooms)
• Good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of German (plus)
• Excellent organizational and relational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Consolidated experience in team management
• Excellent communication skills
• Charism and proactiveness
Main Tasks:
• Supervising all the activities of 1 of ot the 6 restaurants
• Being responsible for health and safety
• Being responsible for food hygiene practices
• Assisting with determining food and beverage inventory needs, stocking and ordering
• Ensuring the restaurants meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
