TUI MAGIC LIFE Calabria, a 4-star resort located in Pizzo (VV), has 621 rooms and a clientele mainly from the German and English markets.
The basic pillars on which excellent customer satisfaction is based are:
GASTRONOMY - The hotel has 2 buffet restaurants and 4 à la carte restaurants serving Mediterranean and international cuisine. In addition, there are 6 bars, one of which is open H24, and 2 snack bars.
SPORT - The hotel boasts 11 tennis courts, 4 beach volleyball courts, 1 football pitch, an archery station, guided bike tours to discover the area, numerous fitness activities and various water sports activities.
RELAX & WELLNESS - The resort has five swimming pools, one of which is heated, a water park for children, a refined SPA, or the elegant and reserved atmosphere of the adults-only Private Lodge with its own pool, bar and restaurant.

We are looking for GUEST SERVICE MANAGER for summer season 2023.

The advertisement is aimed at candidates of both sexes who have:

• Strong propensity to the customer
• Excellent knowledge, written and spoken, of English and German
• Dynamism, problem solving and excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Leadership
• Experience in managing corporate Social Media Accounts
• At least three years' experience in the hotel industry in facilities of the same level or higher
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package
