TUI MAGIC LIFE Calabria, a 4-star resort located in Pizzo (VV), has 621 rooms and a clientele mainly from the German and English markets.
The basic pillars on which excellent customer satisfaction is based are:
GASTRONOMY - The hotel has 2 buffet restaurants and 4 à la carte restaurants serving Mediterranean and international cuisine. In addition, there are 6 bars, one of which is open H24, and 2 snack bars.
SPORT - The hotel boasts 11 tennis courts, 4 beach volleyball courts, 1 football pitch, an archery station, guided bike tours to discover the area, numerous fitness activities and various water sports activities.
RELAX & WELLNESS - The resort has five swimming pools, one of which is heated, a water park for children, a refined SPA, or the elegant and reserved atmosphere of the adults-only Private Lodge with its own pool, bar and restaurant.

We are looking for SOUS CHEF for summer season 2023.

The announcement is aimed at candidates of both sexes who have:

• At least 3 years of experience in the same role in resorts of the same level and size (4* and 600+ rooms)
• Good knowledge of Italian, English
• Excellent organizational and relational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Consolidated experience in team management
• Excellent communication skills
• Charism and proactiveness

Main tasks:

• Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks
• Cooking and preparing high quality dishes
• Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes
• Supervising all kitchen stations
• Supervising, motivating and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
• Being responsible for health and safety
• Being responsible for food hygiene practices
• Ensuring food quality and excellent
